1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the Eco-Shipping website and to every order or quote request you send through it. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them.
2. Products and prices
Containers are presented in the catalogue with a description, images and a price. Images are illustrative; the details of the specific container are confirmed with your order. Prices are shown in euros. We may correct obvious errors in prices or descriptions, in which case we will contact you before processing your order.
3. Orders and quotes
Sending an order through the website is a request to buy and is not automatically accepted. An order is only confirmed once we have confirmed it and payment has been received. You may also use the checkout to request a quote; a quote does not oblige either party until it is accepted.
4. Payment
After your order we send you the payment instructions and, where applicable, an invoice or quotation. Your order is processed once payment is received.
5. Delivery
Delivery costs and arrangements depend on the container and on the destination and are confirmed with your order. Any delivery date we give is an estimate. Please check the condition of the goods at delivery and report any visible damage to us without delay.
6. Cancellation, returns and consumer rights
If you are a consumer, you keep all the mandatory rights granted by the law applicable to you, including any statutory right of withdrawal and any legal guarantee of conformity. These terms do not limit those rights. To cancel or return an order, contact us as soon as possible.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
8. Your account and data
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law applicable at our place of business, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live.
